To secure studio materials and book dedicated production slots, orders adhere to a strict 50 / 50 Payment Milestone:

• 50% Advance Deposit: Required at the time of placing an order to confirm commission, cut marine-ply substrate, procure mirrors, and initiate clay relief.
• Remaining 50% Balance: Due strictly prior to dispatch, upon the client's review and approval of high-resolution completion photographs and video walkthrough shared on WhatsApp.

As an artisanal made-to-order studio, our policy is clearly defined:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations with refund are eligible strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. If cancelled within 24 hours, the advance will be refunded to your original payment source within 7 business days.
• Beyond 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have elapsed, materials are allocated and sculpting begins. If cancelled thereafter, no refund policy is applicable.
• Strictly No Returns & No Exchanges: Completed and dispatched artworks cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. The studio does not accept return shipments.

All packaging and courier delivery charges are extra at actuals and borne solely by the purchaser. The studio coordinates with the client in real time to calculate and select the safest, most economical express courier or freight provider.

Standard dispatch timelines: Handcrafted items take within 7 business days for boutique pieces and 14 to 21 business days for large custom masterworks. Transit times vary depending on the destination pincode.

Lippan art is an indigenous folk handicraft. Every relief contour is hand-piped, every geometric mirror is cut and placed manually, and finishes are brushed by hand.

All artwork designs, bespoke compositions, photography, editorial text, journal craft guides, and branding featured on Soulfulart are the exclusive intellectual property of artist Rachna Saxena, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Purchasing an artwork transfers physical ownership of that specific physical object to the collector. It does not transfer copyright, commercial reproduction rights, or licensing for manufacturing derivative merchandise.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with commissions, purchases, or studio interactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Soulfulart is not liable for delayed transit caused by force majeure events, including extreme weather phenomena, interstate transport strikes, customs holds, or courier network disruptions.
