Zero Data Selling
We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize collector information with marketing agencies, ad brokers, or third-party lead aggregators. Your details remain strictly between you and artist Rachna Saxena.
No Payment Data Stored
All client transactions occur via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or verified UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, QR code). We never request, process, or store sensitive credit card numbers or banking passwords.
Logistics Use Only
Your delivery address, postal PIN code, and contact phone number are shared solely with our trusted logistics and courier partners exclusively to deliver your physical parcel.

What Information We Collect
We collect information strictly when you voluntarily share it through our website enquiry forms, email correspondence, or direct WhatsApp messaging:
- Contact Particulars: Full name, mobile/WhatsApp telephone number, and email address.
- Delivery Information: Physical delivery address, landmark, PIN code, and recipient designation.
- Bespoke Commission Details: Custom lettering names, family greetings, preferred colour palettes, and room photographs shared for Vastu curation or dimensional scaling.
