Every creation at Soulfulart is an authentic work of original folk art, hand-sculpted by artist Rachna Saxena. Because nothing in our studio is mass-manufactured or pulled from a warehouse shelf, here is how our fulfillment, packaging, and shipping process works.
100% Made to Order
Every single piece listed in our catalog is sculpted fresh upon order placement. Standard coasters, gift hampers, and small framed wall art are crafted and dispatched within 7 business days. Large masterworks and custom architectural panels (12" to 24"+) require 14 to 21 business days for sacred clay curing and mirror setting.
Shipping Borne by Client
All packaging and courier delivery charges are extra at actuals and borne solely by the purchaser. Rather than inflating artwork base prices with arbitrary flat delivery markups, the artist coordinates with you in real time to calculate the exact courier quote based on your destination pincode.
Multi-Layer Shockproof Packaging
Delicate clay relief and hand-cut mirrors demand meticulous handling. Each piece is wrapped in moisture-resistant protective sheets, surrounded by thick shock-absorbent air cushioning, reinforced with custom corner buffers, and sealed in heavy-duty corrugated cartons.
Real-Time Coordination
How Shipping is Arranged
Once your artwork is booked with the initial 50% advance, artist Rachna Saxena connects directly with you on WhatsApp to confirm your complete delivery address and PIN code.
When the piece completes its final curing and polish, the artist weighs and measures the packed box, checks live options from reputable domestic and international courier services — or specialized surface transport for oversized panels — and shares the actual courier receipt or quote with you for transparent clearance.
Tracking & Transit
Pan-India & Global Delivery
We ship across all metro cities and tier-1/tier-2/tier-3 pin codes across India. Typical transit times once dispatched:
- Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2 to 3 business days post dispatch.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days post dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days post dispatch.
- International Shipments: 10 to 18 business days depending on customs clearance. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs tariffs levied by the destination country are borne entirely by the recipient.
Immediately upon courier handoff, the studio sends your official Airway Bill (AWB) and live tracking link on WhatsApp and email so you can track your parcel in real time.
Client Responsibility
Delivery Address Accuracy
Clients are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including full street address, apartment/villa number, correct 6-digit PIN code, and an active primary contact number.
If a shipment is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple courier delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the client will be responsible for any return transit and re-dispatch freight charges.
